3/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sweetener
1/2 cup ultrafine coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 sugar-free chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking soda
If you want softer cookies, you can tweak the amount of almond flour in the recipe. It’s also important to make sure you use extremely fine grain coconut flour, as the cookies can turn out dry if you use flour that is too gritty.
